Crossfit Movement For Life is pleased to announce that we will be filming videos of Games workoouts.  We are registered for the Open!  Schedule the workouts for the Open on a rolling schedule with weekend slots avaialble...let us know if you are ready!

Private Coaching

We offer private coaching for those with specific goals.  We specialize in return to activity or sport following injury.

Coaching is $105/session and includes program updates and frequent programming and rehabilitation/lifestyle updates.

We train in the Athlon Elite space offering both indoor and outdoor training opportunities in San Luis Obispo, California.

We collaborate with physical therapists, athletic trainers, exercise physiologists and other pertinent professionals dedicated to enhancing your performance!
